Founded in 1990, TCP Reliable is a complete packaging solution provider specializing in the field of temperature controlled packaging. From needs assessment to package qualification, TCP handles your packaging projects with one paramount goal: Maintaining the integrity of your products. Our materials and processes cover the spectrum from converting EPS or fabricating boxes to manufacturing phase change materials and temperature monitors.

By performing all services under one roof, in strict conformance with ISO 9001:2000, ISTA and ASTM test methodology, and FDA good manufacturing practices, TCP gives you exceptional responsiveness, consistency, and accountability.

In October 2006, TCP Reliable acquired the assets of Cryopak Industries, a leading manufacturer of refrigerants supplying the cold chain pharma and industrial sectors as well as a complete product line focused to the retail market sector. For more on Cryopak go to www.cryopak.com

In October of 2007, package testing services provider DDL merged with TCP Relaible making the combined company the leading packaging engineering group specializing in the medical device and biopharmaceutical industries. Facilities

United States - Our complex incorporates 70,000 square ft of state-of-the-art design, manufacturing, testing and office facilities. TCP Reliable is located in Edison, NJ and convenient to major transportation hubs amid the largest concentration of major pharmaceutical companies. These centralized resources streamline your turnaround on time sensitive projects. In addition, TCP operates a gel and insulated shipper manufacturing facility in Monticello, Arkansas.

Canada - The Cryopak subsidiary includes manufacturing facilities in Montreal, Quebec and Vancouver, British Columbia. Both locations manufacture Cryopak brands such as the Flexible Ice Blanket, the Ice Pack brand of refrigerants as well as an inventory of TCP brand products.

New Jersey Turnpike (northbound or southbound)
Get off at exit 10. Follow signs for Raritan Center Parkway. Merge onto Woodbridge Ave (514 West) and exit off following signs to Raritan Center. Continue straight on Raritan Center Parkway for approximately 3 miles to the end; TCP is on the right.

Garden State Parkway (southbound)
Take exit 129. Follow signs for 287/ Industrial Ave. Merge left onto Industrial Ave. Continue on Industrial Ave. through traffic light and bear right. Make a left at the next traffic light (end of Industrial Ave.) onto Raritan Center Parkway. Continue to the end; TCP is on the right.

Garden State Parkway (northbound)
Take exit 127. Follow signs to 440 West/ Interstate 287. Stay to the right and exit towards Woodbridge Ave (514 West) and exit off following signs to Raritan Center. Continue straight on Raritan Center Parkway for approximately 3 miles to the end; TCP is on the right.
