Our Eco Gel gel pack offers a pioneering solution in cold chain logistics by using a proprietary blend of natural and biodegradable materials, ensuring a minimal environmental impact. Maintaining an exceptional level of temperature performance, these biodegradable, compostable, recyclable and drain safe Eco Gel gel packs are a cornerstone of Cryopak’s commitment to sustainability.
Cryopak also offers a full-service packaging solution with our in-house, manufactured EcoPak product line. Made with 95% post-industrial, pre-customer recycled cardboard construction, these pre-qualified, temperature-controlled, eco-friendly packouts provide an innovative, high-performance solution. The EcoPak Paper, EcoPak Cotton and EcoPak Mailers are all compostable and recyclable leaving a limited environmental footprint behind.
Sustainable innovation is not limited to new products at Cryopak, as we also try to improve existing products to meet growing market demand for sustainable solutions. A joint innovation with NexKemia produced the NexTherm Graphite Expanded Polystyrene (GPS), a superior, environmentally conscious improvement over traditional Expandable Polystyrene (EPS). Using 20% less material than EPS, 30% recycled graphite beads and increasing payload capacity by 25-30%, NexTherm GPS is proof sustainable innovation is possible with traditional products.
